 The
MECCA Cross-Country Ski Club The MECCA Cross-Country Ski Club has been in existence for about twenty years. It consists of a small, hard-working group of volunteers. Funds to purchase and maintain grooming equipment are obtained through users' donations and club members' fund-raising efforts. All donations are tax deductible.
The Ski Club holds several, annual fund-raising events...
Each January, there is the Candlelight Ski. We could use set-up help on Saturday about 1pm. If you want to make cookies or other goodies for the cabin, drop them off at Subway by noon, or at the Little Turtle Trailhead by 1pm. We could also use clean-up help on Sunday. The Ski Club also participates in Mercer's annual, townwide garage-sale with a large sale area set-up between Snow's IGA and Subway. Donations of clean, saleable items are accepted year-round.
Membership Annual memberships cost $20 for a single person and $35 for a family.
The membership year starts September 1st, so you get a full season of skiing. To join, please send a check or money order to:

All members are invited to the monthly meetings. They are held at the Cabin, usually on the first Monday of the month, at 6:30 pm.
